Turbo time, "mondo motori" ormai fuori tempo massimo, è quasi una costola dei precedenti Formula 1 e Pole position; infatti a dirigere l'operazione vi sono sempre Climati (regia) e Morra (montaggio). Avendo capito che era ormai impossibile concentrare il film solo sull'automobilismo, qui saggiamente il campo d'indagine viene esteso a tutto ciò che è motore, con attenzione particolare al motociclismo. Di buono ha il tono scanzonato, che rinuncia al cinismo per puntare tutto sull'ironia. Anche gli incidenti mostrati seguono questa linea.
